Our company accepts returns for product quality issues caused by our responsibility or shipping errors. Customized products, products deteriorated due to improper customer storage, or products with less than one-third of their shelf life are not eligible for returns.
Any quality disputes must be reported in writing with supporting evidence within 7 days of delivery. After our review and approval, and upon confirmation of responsibility, we will arrange for a refund, replacement, or other agreed-upon resolution based on the actual situation.
Returned goods must remain in their original export condition, with intact packaging and labels.
For returns due to our quality issues, the related return shipping costs will be borne by our company. For returns due to customer reasons, the costs will be borne by the customer.
